These terms govern your use of the St. Joseph Homeschool Defenders Volleyball website and text-message program. By using the site or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide a website (team schedule, roster, ride board, and volunteer sign-ups) and an SMS text-message program to coordinate team activities for enrolled families.

Text-message program

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages about team operations.
Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Use the website and messages only for their intended team-coordination purpose.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Schedules and details may change, and we are not liable for missed events due to message delivery issues.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
